This is a customized session for exploring and finding what brings peace to your back situation. Each person is different in their physical structure, pelvic stability, how their spine moves, its curves, the musculature around it, and what feels good. Stress from life, too, will often influence the back. Using an integrative approach to bringing you to feeling good again is what we do. A combination of gentle stretching and strengthening, and checking in with you, working together, massage that fits, sometimes even music will bring you to a healthier spine.
