Let’s say you’d love to take a yoga class or Pilates, go to a circuit-style class, or get out & walk more, or join a dance class, but you’re afraid to do it. Having a custom-designed class for you or your child or teenager could joyfully prepare you for doing it in a group setting. Maybe you have had an injury or have some more fragile body situations, & would like to know how to slightly modify the movement so that you could do it.
