Sometimes in a season or outside, a coach will find his or her own body falling apart. The stresses of all of it begin to take a toll. At the same time a coach may want to look at a workout with a different twist, one that explores pushing & pulling, stretching & strengthening with an emphasis on the nervous system, how to reduce irritation & increase overall upbeat energy. This is an opportunity for practicality & discovery. You may also find ideas you can use with your own players that could make a magical difference. It may also be a great time, too, to explore together how to assist one of your players.
